Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me. It is reserved just for you!

I understand life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule, which I am happy to help you with especially in the event of an emergency!

Due to the time frame needed to complete your service, I ask that you kindly give me at least 24 hours' notice. This gives me the best chance to fill your spot and reschedule you sooner.

If you cancel in less than 24 hours, a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of your scheduled service is due in order to reschedule.

Any no-shows or forgotten appointments will result in prepayment before booking another appointment.

A missed appointment takes away the opportunity for other guests to get in and leaves a gap in my schedule.
